Welcome! We’re thrilled that you’re partnering with Heatmap. This guide walks you through creating your Euler partner account, setting up your portal, submitting referrals, tracking deals, and getting paid. Share this with anyone on your team who will work with Heatmap.
Applying to the Heatmap Partner Program
Becoming a partner with Heatmap is a great way to provide your clients expanded insights. Applying to our program is simple!
Follow the steps below to get started:
Visit https://www.heatmap.com/partners and click on “Become a Partner.”
Complete the form with your information and click “Submit.”
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your application is approved.
Activate Your Euler Portal Account
After approval, you’ll receive an email from Euler with a unique invite link.
Set Up Your Account
Click the link in your email to set up your partner account.
Follow the setup prompts to log in or create an account.
Explore the Euler Partner Portal. You’ll be able to manage the following:
Submit and track the status of your lead referrals
Access deal information about your customers
View any invoices issued and commission details
Review any agreements for partnership terms
Access our learning and enablement content to give you additional support during our partnership
Add Users to Your Account
In order to properly set up your account, make sure all necessary users are added to properly submit referrals, sign documents, or view or manage payouts.
If you’re a new Heatmap Partner:
Log in to Euler.
Go to Settings → User Management
Click Add User
Enter First Name, Last Name, and Email. Then click Add User.
If you’re already a Heatmap Partner:
Log in to Euler.
Scroll to the Users section, click Add User.
Enter their First Name, Last Name, and Email. Then click Create.
Note: The password reset link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, request a fresh reset from the sign-in page.
We strongly recommend enabling Euler’s Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). To set that up, review their documentation here.
Managing Your Euler Portal Account
Sign Agreements in the Portal
As a partner, you’ll need to sign agreements to be able to start submitting referrals and getting paid. When there is a document ready for you to sign, you’ll see a notification button at the top of your Partner Portal.
How to sign an agreement:
Log in to your Partner Portal
Click the agreement notification button on your dashboard
Review the document and complete the required fields
Draw or add your signature and submit

Submit a Referral
It’s simple to submit a referral within Euler.
Log in to your Partner Portal and go to the partners page.
Choose the appropriate partner you’d like to submit a referral for (if you have multiple partners, be sure to select the right one).
Find the Referrals widget and click Submit Referral.
Complete the form and all required fields.
After submitting, track approval status in your dashboard. Feel free to reach out to our team directly via slack or customer support so we can expedite the process.
Note: When submitting a referral, be sure to include full contact details.
Get Paid with Euler Pay
Setting up your payment information is an important step in our payout process.
Log in to your portal and navigate to Set up Euler Pay on the dashboard.
Select your country, then Integrate to begin secure onboarding with Stripe.
After onboarding, view payout details under Settings → View Euler Pay Settings.
Payouts will be sent at the beginning of each month, and typically clear in 3-5 business days once initiated. If you have any issues with receiving your payouts via Euler Pay, please reach out to our support so we can get it sorted.
