Applying to the Heatmap Partner Program
Becoming a partner with Heatmap is a great way to provide your clients expanded insights. Applying to our program is simple!
Follow the steps below to get started:
Visit https://www.heatmap.com/partners and click on “Become a Partner.”
Complete the form with your information and click “Submit.”
Once you're approved, you'll receive a slack channel invitation to get additional support from the Heatmap team.
Additionally, you'll receive a unique referral link to use for any referrals and a 15% discount code that you can receive as a kickback or pass along to your clients.
How Do Referrals Work?
All referrals must be submitted using your unique partner referral link.
When a referred account becomes a paid subscriber:
The account is tagged to your partner profile in our CRM
Commission becomes active once the subscription begins
Referrals are valid for 30 days from submission
If the account does not subscribe within 30 days, the referral expires
Commission Structure
Duration: Paid for 12 months
Condition: Commission is paid while the account remains active
If the account cancels, commission payments stop
Commission is paid in monthly installments across the 12 active months
Reports are generated quarterly and payouts are processed at the end of each quarter
