Applying to the Heatmap Partner Program
Becoming a partner is simple:
Visit https://www.heatmap.com/partners and click “Become a Partner”
Complete the form and submit your application
Once approved, you’ll receive:
A dedicated Slack channel with our team
A unique referral link
A 15% code (for you to keep as kickback or pass along to clients)
How Do Referrals Work?
All referrals must be submitted using your unique partner link.
When a referred account becomes a paid subscriber:
The account is tagged to your partner profile in our CRM
Commission becomes active once the subscription begins
Important:
Referrals are valid for 30 days from submission
If the account does not subscribe within 30 days, the referral expires
Commission Structure
Duration: Paid for 12 months
Condition: Commission is paid while the account remains active
If the account cancels, commission payments stop
Commission is paid in monthly installments
Reports are generated quarterly and payouts are processed at the end of each quarter
Attribution Policy
Commissions are attributed to the original referred account at the time of signup.
Additional subscriptions, domains, or expansions are only included if shared upfront as part of the referral.
Retroactive attribution is not supported.
