How to Manage Your Email Settings
You can manage your Email Summary preferences during Onboarding or in your Heatmap Settings. To find this, you can go to Settings > Notifications > Performance Summaries and/or Critical Drop Alerts.
Performance Summaries
Performance Summaries will allow you to receive an email summary of your metrics.
Here you'll have the option to choose the following:
Delivery Frequency (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly)
Day of Week
Email Address
Connect via Slack
Ability to turn these on or off
Critical Drop Alerts
Critical Drop Alerts are proactive emails sent to your inbox to ensure whether any selected metrics drop dramatically.
Here you'll have the option to choose the following:
Monitored Key Metrics (Engaged Sessions, Conversion Rate, Website AOV, Website Revenue, Revenue Per Session, Page Views)
Email Address
Connect via Slack
Ability to turn these on or off
