Hey! Let's learn how to verify your snippet!

Performing a manual check to confirm the snippet's functionality post-installation remains the most dependable verification method.

This approach enables you to observe the script loading directly within your web browser on an active webpage.

1. Account Verification

Before you start, ensure that you can see the verified badge on your site within the membership area.

2. Access your browser's Developer Tools and navigate to the Network tab.

In Chrome, you can achieve this by right clicking anywhere on your website to open up the options menu from which you can click inspect to open the developer tools

Once the Developer Tools are open, proceed to select the Network tab.

Next click on the search field and type "heatmap" to filter out the heatmap requests.

After filtering out the requests, search for requests with the following names: "preprocessor.min.js?" and "heatmap-light.min.js?" Both of these requests should end with your site ID. When you spot these requests, you have successfully completed the manual verification process.

Tip: If any of these requests appear in 'red', it may indicate a script error or potential issues blocking Heatmaps.
