Navigate to Settings > Billing & invoices section
Click on cancel subscription button
Follow all the steps - You will be asked for some information in multiple steps when cancelling your account. Please complete the required information (it takes seconds and it helps us improve).
Make sure you see "Renew subscription" - You should see a confirmation message that your subscription cancellation has been successful and the button "Renew subscription" appears instead of Cancel.
