Why some creators don't show an email
Not every creator in Heepsy's database has a public email address. If a creator has no email, the ✉️ envelope badge won't appear next to their name in search results, and Heepsy won't have an address ready to use for outreach.
Option 1: Reach out via their social profile
Open the creator's profile drawer (click their username in Search, or in a project).
Click their @handle or the social network icon — this opens their Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube profile in a new tab.
Send them a direct message on that platform to start the conversation manually.
Option 2: Find their email yourself and add it manually
Look up the creator's email elsewhere (e.g. their social media bio, website, or linktree).
Click "New email" to open the email composer for that creator.
Paste the email address you found into the recipient field.
Write and send your message as usual — it will go out through Heepsy like any other outreach email.
