Keeping your account information up-to-date is essential for ensuring smooth communication and effective management of your influencer marketing campaigns. This guide will walk you through the steps to update your account information on Heepsy.

Accessing Your Account Information

  1. Log In to Heepsy

    • Log in to your Heepsy account using your email and password.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings

    • Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

    • Select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.

Updating Personal Information

  1. Edit Profile Details

    • In the Account Settings section, you can update your personal details such as your name, email address, and phone number.

    • Click on the "Edit" button next to the information you want to update.

    • Make the necessary changes and click "Save" to update your details.

  2. Change Password

    • To change your password, go to the "Security" tab within the Account Settings.

    • Enter your current password, followed by your new password.

    • Confirm your new password and click "Save" to apply the changes.

Updating Brand Information

  1. Edit Brand Profile

    • In the Account Settings, navigate to the "Brand Profile" section.

    • Here, you can update your brand name, logo, website, and bio.

    • Click on the "Edit" button next to each field to make changes.

    • Upload a new logo by clicking on the logo icon and selecting an image file from your computer.

    • Update your brand’s website URL and bio to reflect any new information or branding changes.

    • Click "Save" to update your brand profile.

  2. Location and Contact Information

    • Update your company’s location, address, and phone number in the "Contact Information" section.

    • Click "Edit," make the necessary changes, and click "Save."
