Dictation is a feature where Heidi will write out word-for-word anything you say. You can use it to get a complete script of the session, an operative note, summary or simply to jot down your thoughts as you speak them aloud.
When you start a new session make sure you choose the ‘Dictate’ option at the top of the pop-up window. You'll be able to choose the language that you will be dictating in and ensure your microphone input is correct. Begin dictating! Once you are done click ‘Stop dictating’ - Heidi will produce a word-for-word document, similar to a script.
