To get set up on Heidi, here's you'll need:
Heidi App or Web Browser (eg. Chrome): You can download the Heidi App for mobile/tablet and desktop here: https://www.heidihealth.com/download. Additionally, Heidi can run as a stand-alone tool located in your web browser by visiting: https://scribe.heidihealth.com/scribe.
WiFi or Cellular Network: On the browser, you'll need WiFi to run sessions and note generation on Heidi. On the Heidi Apps, you can run sessions offline, however, note generation will require you to then have access to WiFi.
Working Microphone: Heidi requires access to your microphone for the transcribe and dictate functions, which is how notes are generated. For optimal audio and transcription quality many of our clinicians have had success with the Wireless Lavalier Microphone.
