Once you have logged into Heidi, simply press 'Start transcribing’ to transcribe, and you will see a wavelength appear meaning Heidi has started transcribing! Let Heidi transcribe in the background whilst you give your undivided attention to your patient and the conversation. To end a session, simply hit 'Stop transcribing’ in the top right hand corner.
You can then select the template or note structure you would like to produce your summary notes in, and then see your consult notes will appear in the 'Note' tab. If you have a default template saved, once you have stopped transcribing your default consult note will appear in the 'Note' tab. From here, you can generate any additional documents via the 'Create document' button, these additional materials will appear as their own tabs.
