What’s the difference between a free & paid plan?

Our Free version lets you generate unlimited notes, forever - you don't even need to enter your credit card!

Free users will get standard processing speed for note generation (in peak hours this may slow down the time to generate a note) and will receive 10 Pro Actions you can use towards document templates & AI prompts.

  • Heidi Free: Unlimited notes, produce custom templates, 10 x Pro Actions

  • Heidi Pro: Unlimited notes, unlimited dictation, priority processing speed, unlimited pro actions, priority customer support.

What can “Ask Heidi” be used for

Ask Heidi can be used in a large range of ways, you can essentially use it as your AI assistant to help you edit, generate and even ask things. In Heidi free-forever, this is included under your 10 Pro Actions! An example of how you might want to use Ask Heidi are:

  • Create a custom template

  • Create an alteration to a note you have produced

  • Ask about specific medical terminology to refresh your knowledge

  • Create shorter handover summary

What are your pricing models for per user?

Heidi offer two plans:

  • Heidi Free, which is Free!

  • Heidi Pro, USD $69/month, UK £49GBP/month or AUD $99/month, per user. You'll get to try Heidi Pro for 7 days free before you commit!

How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your plan, please follow the steps below.

  1. Click the Settings icon in the left sidebar of your app.

  2. Click 'Account'

  3. Click 'Manage billing' next to the 'Billing' section

  4. Click 'Cancel plan'

Why is Heidi Free?

We know, it's surprising that Heidi is free. We don't engage in selling any user data and you and your patient’s data always remain yours. Our goal is to advance the adoption of AI and healthcare so making it free reduces the barriers. There's a big health equity argument for letting any clinician use the product, not just the people who can afford to pay. So think of nurses, mid-level providers, you know, everyone in between.

Heidi's free tier allows you to generate notes from consults for free, forever. Heidi Pro comes with some extra features like Ask Heidi and Document Generationthat other solutions don't have, but several physicians enjoy leveraging it for their workflow so they are willing to pay for it.

We're betting that a percentage of our total users find our unique features so useful that they're willing to pay, and give a basic note creation tool to help countless physicians for free, since hey have better things to do.

What Happens if I Exceed My Usage Limits on the Free Plan?

If you exceed your monthly usage limits on the Free Plan, you can still generate notes for your consults. Only the Pro Actions will be effected, meaning you will not be able to use custom templates, document templates or our Ask Heidi ai feature.

We know it can be annoying to run out of Pro Actions while you’re busy with patients. So, once a month you’ll be able to extend your Pro Actions allocation for up to 24 hours, so that you can keep using Pro Actions and upgrade to Heidi Pro when you’ve got a bit more time at the end of your work day.
