What happens to my consult summary if the session times out?

Your consult summary is securely stored once generated. To access it, log back in, locate your session in the "Past Sessions" section of the menu, and navigate to the "Note" tab. If you encounter any difficulty viewing your consult summary, try regenerating your notes first, then refresh the page. If your summary is still missing, make sure to read our troubleshooting guide for assistance here.

How do I retrieve my notes after a consultation?

Your notes will be automatically generated after the consultation has ended, and you can access them in the "Note" tab.

To view notes from a previous session, navigate to the "Past Sessions" section in the menu on the left side of your screen, click on it, then go to the "Note" tab. There, you'll find your previous sessions' notes.

To hide the menu, simply click the arrow located in the top right corner of the menu, next to Heidi's logo.


Can I delete patient Information and complete visits after a certain period since its creation date?

Yes, you can safely delete visit notes and recordings. You can find all your past sessions in the left sidebar, this is where you can manually delete each session.

Also, from the settings, you can configure automatic deletion of past sessions at specific time intervals. For instance, when this setting is set to 1 day, every night at 12 o'clock, sessions that have been created for 24 hours will be deleted.

How do I delete multiple notes at the same time?

If we want to delete all sessions at once, we can select the option "Delete All Sessions" on the settings page.

If we want to delete sessions that have passed a certain period of time, we can do this by configuring the data management on the settings page. After that, sessions will be automatically deleted after a certain period of time.

Is it possible to upload previous documents?

You are able to copy and paste the content from other documents into Heidi! You can achieve this by creating a new template, then simply copying and paste the information from your existing document into Heidi’s new template, then save it for future use.

Can I upload previous recordings?

Yes, you can! When you start a new session, Heidi will give you the option to "upload a file to transcribe". Heidi will then generate notes as usual based on your previously recorded session!
