To update your personal information on your account follow these steps:
Open up the menu on the left hand side by clicking on it
Click ⚙️ 'settings'
Change my billing / payment information
Go to Settings > Account
Click “Manage billing”
Here you will find all your account information such as payment method, billing details and invoice history. You can update your payment method and billing details by clicking 'update information' located under each section.
Change my name and specialty
Go to Settings > Profile
You can update any personal information by clicking on the area you would like to update and directly typing your changes.
Make sure you click ‘Save’ in the top right hand corner to ensure all of your changes have been saved
Change my email address
You can check which email address you are using on Heidi by going to Settings > Account however, it’s not possible to change your email address on Heidi at this time, please contact us if you need to change your email address for any reason.
Change my password
To reset your password:
Enter your email address in the Heidi login screen.
On the following screen where you input your password, there is a link underneath the password field saying “Can’t sign in? Reset password”
Clicking that will send you a verification code to your email.
Enter the code received in your email into the box on the Heidi log-in page
Then we’ll allow you to change your password.
