How do I create an account with Heidi?
To create an account with Heidi head to sign up at https://www.heidihealth.com/ once you are there follow these steps:
click on the sign up button in the top right hand side.
Select “book a demo” or “try it yourself”
How Can I Get My Team on Heidi?
To get your team on Heidi we recommend creating a Heidi account for each user, if you want the same billing details you can save this to each account. If you have any issues, reach out to our support team, in the chat bubble or through the email hello@heidihealth.com.au
We are working on a way to streamline the process of team billing. In the mean time, if you have a team of up to 5 we ask that you set up an individual user account for each. If you would like to set up more accounts you can reach out to support and we can assist.

What's Included in the Free Plan?
Included in the Free plan is note generation, you are able to generate unlimited notes. However, the Free Forever plan limits users to only 10 AI prompt uses per month, which includes the use of templates and the Ask Heidi bar. How can I get the most out of Heidi?
To get the most out of Heidi we recommend utilising our pro tier, which gives you unlimited AI prompts and custom templates. If you would like to set up pro for a larger team then please reach out to our support team so we can help you get your team online.
Can Heidi be used without an internet connection?
Heidi requires an internet connection to generate output. However, it is in our roadmap to make it work without internet in the future.
