IT & Firewall Permissions

We host our backend on a subdomain of https://heidihealth.com.

As an example if your selected region is Australia, then the backend domain would be https://au.api.heidihealth.com.

Error fetching user data

If you have an error fetching user data, one potential solution is that we suspect that your firewall is blocking our backend services located on https://heidihealth.com

You can contact your IT or someone who has access to the firewall to whitelist any request going to and coming from https://heidihealth.com with all its subdomains, this should solve the issue.

‘No URL found’ error & Trouble Logging in with email

It might be because you tried logging into the incorrect URL.

Try this link: https://secure.heidihealth.com/api/auth/login and click sign in.
