Introduction to Community templates
Templates are blueprints that Heidi uses to define your preferred structure and style for notes and documents, so that they sound just like you. Instead of creating a template from scratch, Community templates gives you access to a public library of custom templates that have been created by other clinicians using Heidi.
To browse Community templates, click Templates then Community.
2. Search for templates based on the specialty, region, and category of template you need. To refine your results, sort by Most popular to see which templates are being used the most frequently by other providers or Most recent to see the newest templates.
3. Once you find the custom template that works for you, click into the template, then press Use template to add it to your personal library.
Is it free to use Community Templates?
You can browse the community, and add the templates to your library. However, the use of Community Templates that have been added to your library are restricted as a Pro Action in the Free Forever plan. The use of a community template as a note, or to create a document is considered a Pro Action.
