At this stage, you may see an option to Resume the session if you want to add more details or continue recording.
Reconnect to the Internet
Enable your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection.
Youâll see a message saying, âYouâre back online; Heidi is now processing.â This means your recording is uploading and transcribing automatically.
The Notes tab will show a spinning icon, indicating that transcription is underway.
Review and Complete the Session
Once the transcription is complete, you can choose a template, add any final details, and save your session notes.
Additional Tips
Offline Mode is ideal for settings with limited connectivity.
