This page provides a guide on how to log in or sign up to Heidi when using the Medical Director integration

Sign in / Sign up and Upgrade
Step 1. When opening Heidi in Smart Scribe for the first time, you’ll see a prompt to sign in or sign up.
If you already have a Heidi account - sign in as usual and skip to step 6.
If you don't have a Heidi account - click "Create One" to sign up (go to step 2)
Step 2. Enter your details here (or sign up with Google)
If you sign up with Google, follow the prompts and skip to Step 5.
Step 3. You'll receive a one-time code to your email. Enter this on the next screen.
Step 4. Set up your password.
Step 5. Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of use.
Step 6. Once you have signed up (or signed in), you will see the following screen, prompting you to upgrade your account. To use the Medical Director integration, a “Heidi Together” subscription is required.
We offer a 30 day free trial for integrated users, with no credit card required.
Note that if you are already on a Together plan, you will skip these steps, and can begin using the Medical Director integration immediately.
Step 7. Start your 30 day free trial. No credit card details are required at this stage.
Step 8. Your integration is ready to use!
After the Free Trial
Once your 30 day free trial has ended, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card details to continue using the Medical Director integration.
