To use Height with Zendesk, you'll need to configure your browser settings to allow third-party cookies

Height's Zendesk integration won't work if your browser's setting "Block third-party cookies" is turned on.

Editing Google Chrome third-party settings

In Chrome, you can either allow all third-party cookies, including for Height, or enable cookies just for Height.

To enable all third-party cookies:

  1. Open Chrome settings page: chrome://settings.

  2. In the "Privacy and security" section, click "Cookies and other site data".

  3. Choose either "Allow all cookies" or "Block third-party cookies in Incognito".

If you'd prefer to just let Height use cookies:

  1. Open Chrome settings page: chrome://settings.

  2. In the "Privacy and security" section, click "Cookies and other site data".

  3. Click "Add" under "Sites that can always use cookies".

  4. Add [*.]height.app to enable cookies for the Height Zendesk integration.

Editing Safari third-party settings

To enable all third-party cookies:

  1. Open Safari's preferences: Safari → Preferences (or cmd+,).

  2. Click on the "Privacy" tab.

  3. Turn off "Website tracking: Prevent cross-site tracking".
