We accept requests for refunds paid by Credit Card up until we ship your Hotspot.  Shipping for the. next batch is currently estimated to be July of 2020. You'll receive a pending shipment notification when we get close to your shipping date. Once we deliver your Hotspot, we won't be able to accept refunds or returns. 

If for any reason your Hotspot is defective because of a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we'll be happy to do an exchange. For more information, check out our returns/replacement policy.
