In Atlas Bundler, free gifts are applied at the bundle level rather than per individual item. This ensures consistent application of promotional incentives and prevents misunderstandings about what customers receive at checkout.

Overview of Free Gift Application in Atlas Bundler

Free gifts in Atlas Bundler are designed to complement promotional bundles by providing a single designated gift for the entire offer. Regardless of the number of items in a bundle, the same promotional gift will be distributed per bundle tier.

Step 1: Open Your Bundle

In your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Atlas Bundler and click the pencil icon next to the bundle you want to update.

Step 2: Scroll to the Offer Block

Find the bundle tier where you want to offer a free gift (e.g., “Buy 3, Get a Free Gift”).

Step 3: Click “+ Add Free Gift”

Click the + Add Free Gift button. A new gift block will appear under the offer.

Step 4: Select the Gift Product

Click Select a Product to choose a product from your store to give away. You can use any item from your catalog.

This selected product becomes the single designated gift for the entire bundle, ensuring clarity for both customers and store owners.

Optional: Click Add a custom image to use a unique visual for the gift (like a promo badge, custom packaging, or icon).

Step 5: Customize the Gift Details

Image Size: Adjust the size of the gift image using the slider
Text: Add a short label or incentive message (e.g., “Free Gift,” “Bonus Item”)
Quantity: Set how many of the gift item the customer receives

Tip: Keep the gift quantity set to 1 unless you’re offering multiples with the bundle.

This is consistent with how Atlas Bundler applies gifts at the bundle level, ensuring that only one promotional gift is provided per offer regardless of the number of items included.
