You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.
To change your password:
Navigate to Profile in your Worker Portal.
In the Security section of your profile, click Update in the Password row.
Input the current password.
Input and confirm your new password.
Press Save.
To reset your password:
Navigate to http://app.hellofranklin.co.
Click the “Forgot your password?” link.
Input the email address associated with your Franklin account.
Open your email and click on the email password change link, which will redirect you to the password change process.
Create your new password.
