In Franklin, you can view and manage your organization’s workforce by navigating to the People page in the navigation bar.

On the People page, you can view your population and the following details:

  • Worker’s name

  • Worker’s job title

  • Worker type

  • Worker’s onboarding status

Workers’ onboarding statuses include:

  • Invite: worker information has been added by the Administrator, the invite has not yet been sent.

  • Pending: the invitation is sent, and the worker needs to start the onboarding process.

  • Onboarding: the worker is in the process of completing the onboarding.

  • Verify Wallet: an Administrator must sign a message adding the worker’s address to the smart contract.

  • Active: the worker is fully onboard.

If you wish to view detailed information about a Worker, click on the Worker’s name in the All People table.

In the detailed view, you can see the following information about the Employee you choose:

Personal Details:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Onboarding Status

  • DOB

  • SSN

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Wallet Address

  • Wallet verified?

  • Home Address

  • Work Address

Job Details:

  • Title

  • Department

  • Start Date

Compensation:

  • Monthly Rate

  • Payment Currency

The following information needs to be collected from a Contractor who is an individual:

Personal Details:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Onboarding Status

  • SSN

  • Email Address

  • Wallet Address

  • Wallet verified

  • Home Address

  • Work State

Job details:

  • Title

  • Department

  • Start date

Compensation:

  • Payment Type

  • Monthly Rate

  • Currency

The following information needs to be collected from a Contractor that is a legal entity:

Personal Details:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Onboarding Status

  • Business Name

  • EIN

  • Email Address

  • Wallet Address

  • Wallet Verified

  • Home Address

  • Work State

Job details:

  • Title

  • Department

  • Start date

Compensation:

  • Payment Type

  • Monthly Rate

  • Currency
