Hiring a worker

To hire a new worker:

  1. Navigate to the People section of your Administrator profile.

  2. In the All People table, click the New Hire button in the top right corner.

  3. Choose who you would like to hire, a worker or a contractor, and click Next.

  4. If you choose the contractor, you must specify the type of contractor you would like to hire.

  5. Input your new hire’s personal information, job information, and working location.

  6. Choose if you would like to grant your new hire administrator permissions.

  7. If required, configure your new hire’s payroll.

  8. Choose if you wish to write a personal message to your employees and send them an invitation.

If you choose not to send them invitations during the hiring process, you can invite them by navigating to their name in the All People table.

⚠️ Please note that your Workers must complete onboarding, and their wallet must be verified by an Administrator for them to receive payments.

To verify the worker's wallet:

  1. When in the People view, click the Verify Wallet button next to the names of workers whose wallets you want to verify either from the Bulk Verify Wallet table or the All People table.

  2. Or bulk verify multiple wallets by clicking the Bulk Verify All button in the Bulk Verify Wallet table.
