The Owner is a user in Franklin, usually the person who sets up the Franklin account, who has access to all data and functions in the app, including the ability to:
Add and remove Administrators
Pause and unpause the organization’s smart contracts
Transfer their Owner permissions to another worker
An Administrator is a user who manages the organization and its payroll in Franklin.
The Administrator has permission to:
Set up and execute payroll payments
Manage the organization’s treasury
Manage the organization’s worker records
Manage worker compensation
Manage the organization’s information
Manage benefits and deductions
Manage the organization’s subscription and other settings
A Worker is someone who is being paid through Franklin.
There are two kinds of Workers:
Employee
Contractor
In Franklin, when hiring a Contractor, you can choose between
U.S. Contractor that is an individual.
U.S. Contractor that is a legal entity.
International contractor.
U.S. employees and contractors can be paid in a mix of both cash and stablecoins.

A Worker can be designated as an Administrator.
