Adding an existing worker as an administrator

To grant an existing worker administrator permissions:

  1. Navigate to the Organization page.

  2. Click the Add button in the top right corner of the Administrators table.

  3. Select the worker you would like to designate as an administrator.

  4. Click Add and Confirm.

Note that to onboard as an Administrator, the Worker must add and verify a separate, dedicated administrator wallet. Then to finalize the permissions setup the Owner must verify their new administrator wallet from the Organization page.

Adding a new Administrator who is not an existing worker

All Administrators need to be signed up to Franklin as Workers. To add a new administrator who is not an existing worker:

  1. Navigate to the Organization page.

  2. Click the Add button in the top right corner of the Administrators table.

  3. Click the +Hire button.

  4. Follow the New Hire flow, making sure to choose the Administrator access Permission for your new hire by ticking the Administrator Permissions box.

Note that to onboard as an Administrator, the newly hired worker must complete their onboarding process; and then add and verify their Administrator wallet. Then to finalize the permissions set up the Owner must verify their new administrator wallet.
