  • If you haven't received a card yet, please talk to your HelloFreshGO contact person at your workplace.

  • If you haven't got a fridge at your workplace, but you'd love to have one, please contact us here.

How do I register & create an account?

Click here and follow the prompts to create an account. Make sure you use your work email address to register.

I cannot activate my card, I get an error message.

It may mean that the card has not yet been activated by our system. Just contact us at info@hellofreshgo.de and please bear with us.

My email is not accepted.

Usually you have to log in with your company email address. If you have different domains or you don't have a company email address, please contact your internal HelloFreshGO contact person.

Why do you need my personal data?

To create the invoice that you receive once a week, we need your name, address and bank details. Entering your birthday is optional.
