Your account information can be retrieved from the HelloFreshGO portal.

How do I change my personal information (incl. password)?

You can simply change your personal information in the HelloFreshGO customer portal.

  1. Login to your HelloFreshGO account.

  2. Select the Settings tab on the left.

  3. Under Personal Data, click Edit.

  4. Now you can change your personal information like your name, email address, date of birth and your password.

  5. Click Ok and your personal information is adjusted.


How do I change my payment method?

  1. Login to your HelloFreshGO account.

  2. Select the Settings tab on the left.

  3. Under Payment Details, click Edit.

  4. Select your preferred payment method and fill in your details. Please check if you have entered all data correctly.

  5. Click Ok, and your payment information will be updated.


How do I (de-)activate the newsletter subscription?

  1. Login to your HelloFreshGO account.

  2. Select the Settings tab on the left.

  3. Under Newsletter, click (De-)Activate subscription.

Delete account

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you have no outstanding bills.

  2. Login to your HelloFreshGO account.

  3. Select the Settings tab on the left.

  4. Scroll down and under My Account click Delete.

  5. Confirm and your account will be deleted.

Please note: Once you confirm you will lose access to all HelloFreshGO terminals and will be logged out of your HelloFreshGO account. This step can not be reversed.
