Which payment methods are available?

At the moment you can either save a credit card or pay by direct debit.

How do I change my payment method?

Change your payment method easily in your HelloFreshGO account.

  1. Login to your HelloFreshGO account.

  2. Select the Settings tab on the left.

  3. Under My Payment Data click on Edit.

  4. Enter your new payment details.

  5. Click Ok.

I have an unpaid bill, what do I do?

If you happen to have an unpaid bill, we will have to temporarily block your account until the open invoice is settled. Please verify your payment method and settle the open invoice. Once we receive your payment, your account will be reactivated. If this is not the case, please contact us again under info@hellofreshgo.de.
