How and when am I charged?

Once a week we create a collective invoice with all your purchases from that week. We will then debit the open amount from your account.

Where do I find invoices?

You can find your weekly invoices in your HelloFreshGO account.

  1. Login to your HelloFreshGO account.

  2. Select My bills on the left.

  3. You will find a list of all invoices on the right side.

  4. To view a single weekly invoice, download the invoice by clicking on the green download icon.

  5. Open your downloaded invoice to view it.

If you do not want to receive purchase confirmations, you can cancel them at any time in your account under settings > email preferences > purchase confirmations.

Where do I see my purchases?

  1. Login to your HelloFreshGO account.

  2. Select Summary on the left.

  3. Under My previous purchases you can view your purchased products after each purchase.

You will also receive a purchase confirmation after each purchase via email. If you do not want to receive purchase confirmations, you can cancel them at any time in your account under settings > email preferences > purchase confirmations.

Allowances do not appear on the terminal screen, what does this mean?

Sometimes, it may happen that the allowance or subsidy is not shown on your purchase confirmation. Nevertheless, it will be included and appear in the collective invoice at the end of the week. You will find the deductions under company allowance.
