If you or a student needs to change the start time for an entire schedule, and the services are staying on the same day.
Please note that this only updates future sessions; sessions that have already occurred will not be affected.
Things to remember when scheduling:
Zoom takes time for the link to generate, and it’s best practice to try to schedule at least 1 hour before the start time of the session. If you schedule with any less time, the link may not work.
When scheduling assessments and sessions, you will now need to enter the time in the student’s time zone.
Please note - anything that requires video (sessions and assessments) should automatically be set to Zoom for Healthcare - do not change that setting.
