HQ: Scheduling an Additional Assessment Appointment

This guide contains a link to step-by-step instructions for scheduling an additional assessment in HQ for student services.

If the student you are evaluating requires an additional assessment appointment, please follow this guide. You may need an additional appointment if:

  • You did not have time to complete the evaluation in the first appointment

  • The student was a No Show for their first appointment

  • The student canceled the first appointment within 24 hours of the start time

Things to remember when scheduling:

  • Zoom takes time for the link to generate, and it’s best practice to try to schedule at least 1 hour before the start time of the session. If you schedule with any less time, the link may not work.

  • When scheduling assessments and sessions, you will now need to enter the time in the student’s time zone.

  • Please note - anything that requires video (sessions and assessments) should automatically be set to Zoom for Healthcare - do not change that setting.
