Where do I see available jobs?

  • In the Landing Host app! Make sure to have your push notification turned on, and you will see each time we post a new job in your area. 

I received a push notification but don't see any jobs, what happened?

  • Jobs get claimed quickly! If you receive a push notification but the job is not listed in your app that means that another Host was able to claim the job first. 

How am I paid and when will I receive payment?

  • Our payment period is Sunday - Saturday, and your direct deposit will be received the following Thursday. 

What do I need to wear?

  • If you've received your Landing gear we'd love for you to wear that! It's easy to know you're with Landing and we think it looks pretty cool, too.

Are cleaning supplies provided? 

  • Hosts are required to bring their own cleaning supplies to each job. Here is a list of preferred and suggested cleaning supplies. We suggest you wear latex gloves when completing cleaning jobs in a Landing Home to protect you from the cleaning supplies and illness. 

How will I know what to do?

  • When you press "start" in your app, a list of tasks will appear that will guide you through your job.

What do I do if I have a question while completing a job? 

  • You can always chat with HQ through the chat button in your Landing Host app. Our team is here to assist you whenever you need help!

Can I bring anyone with me to my jobs?

  • No, only Landing Hosts are permitted to be present at each job. No one may accompany you on any Landing job. 

Is there mileage reimbursement, or will Landing pay for parking?

  • As an independent contractor, Landing cannot reimburse you for mileage or parking fees accrued.
