A picture is worth a thousand words and what our team needs! As a Landing Host, HQ depends on you to report broken and damaged items in our Homes. When you see a broken item in a unit, all you need to do is send a photo of the item through your app. The Landing Host Team will direct you on the next step!ย 

Examples you might find:

  • Stained sheets or towels

  • Stained or torn furniture

  • Broken glasses or dishes

  • Holes in the wall left from hanging art
