DO's & DONT's Further Explained:

  1. No matter the issue, DO reach out to Landing HQ first. Landing HQ will always be your best resource for questions and on the job assistance. Going to the property's Leasing Office or concierge desk with questions will not result in finding a solution - the property's staff can not help you with questions regarding your host job. Always reach out to Landing HQ first, DO NOT reach out to the property's staff unless we advise you to. Landing HQ is always happy to assist you and answer any questions you have - we are here for you!

    1. Key Tip: When placing a maintenance request, tell Landing HQ not the property staff. We are required to submit all maintenance request through the property's online portal - this is a Landing HQ responsibility not the property's staff responsibility.

  2. DO respect the property's staff. If you are asked by Landing HQ to interact with with property staff, please be kind and patient with them. Please DO NOT yell at or express anger towards a property's employee. Remember it is not the property staff's responsibility to help you while on the job, it is Landing HQ's responsibility.

    1. Key Tip: If you are experiencing an issue with a key release, please remember our first tip - you should reach out to Landing HQ first. We can handle the situation.

  3. DO dispose of trash according to the property's trash policy. We ask that you pay attention to the property's trash policy when disposing trash at the end of each job. It's important to make sure all garbage is disposed of in the correct location and in the correct bin, depending on the material you're throwing away. DO NOT leave trash in any area of the property that is not permitted according to the property's trash policy and guidelines.

  4. DO remember that others live in the building, please respect all resident's living experience. Although you may be completing a job in a vacant Home it is likely the surrounding units are not vacant. DO remain aware of your noise level, while in a Home. DO NOT smoke on any Landing property or in any Landing Home.
