Communication between Hosts and Landing HQ is done through the chat feature on the Landing Host app. Hosts can reach out to Landing HQ at any time for on-the-job help!

Landing HQ is here to:

  • Support and guide Hosts through each job

  • Provide additional information about a job

  • Answer on the job questions from Hosts

Tips for great communication:

  • Send photos of what you are reporting to HQ! Our team needs to know the full scenario in order to help!ย 

  • If you need to Zoom, ask! Our team will send you a link.

  • Be patient and polite! When you send in a question or issue during a job, Landing HQ has to figure out the best answer. We appreciate your patience as we solve problems!

  • Be sure that HQ understands what you are communicating, or provide further clarification until everyone is on the same page!

  • Quickly responding to Landing HQ is important! Our team needs to know what is going on in the Home in order to help you well. Responding to our messages quickly will help us help you.
