Part of an Installation Cleaning job is to Zoom with Landing HQ to inspect the quality and cleanliness of the Home! There are a few things you can do to prepare for a successful and quick Zoom call.
The Goal
The goal of the Zoom call is to ensure the Home is up to Landing's standards and ready for a Member to move-in.

Report all maintenance requests through the chat feature in your app. Here is how you can report a maintenance request!
Locate and count the Member key and put them on the kitchen counter.
Speed test the WiFi and connect! Get the WiFi password here.
While on the Call
Move slowly and be patient. Our team is taking notes during the call so we can solve and leftover problems with the Home. We might need a few extra seconds and ask some additional questions so we can do our part!
Show us everything! We want to see it all so be sure to show us each and every space in the Home. Your HQ Team Member wants to see in every room, cabinet, drawer, and appliance!
Be prepared to solve and minor problems found during the call. Solving problems is why we are here and how we can ensure our Members have a wonderful experience.
