Communication with Landing HQ is an important part of each job. Landing HQ will communicate with you through the chat feature in your app but will also ask you to zoom so they can see the state of the home.

Chatting works best when you are communicating on one team! We ask that you keep all communication for a job in one thread, here's how.

Click the chat button in your app.

To start a new chat click the button in the red box.

To continue a past chat click the button the blue box.

To send a photo click the photo button in an already started conversation. See the pink box.

Allow the app to access your photos and select the photos you want to send.

Download the Zoom app

Landing HQ will send you a zoom link. All you need to do is click the link!
