To request excessive cleaning compensation, HQ needs to be provided with photos/or video of the issues that are present. If there are multiple areas of deficiency, please send photos of each one so HQ can ascertain the scale of the issues at the home and compensate you accordingly. HQ will likely also ask for an "after" photo to determine the issues were addressed.

Name

Description

Bodily Fluids (Not Including Stains)

Blood, feces, urine, vomit, etc. that isn't found on the linens. Stained/soiled linens are not considered an excessive mess. An old (set) stain will take longer to remove at that point the item would most likely have to be replaced due to the stain being set and unable to be removed.

Pet Waste/Pet Hair (Not Including Stains)

Waste: Animal feces, urine, or vomit. This only includes "fresh/recent" mess. An old (set) stain will take longer to remove at that point the item would most likely have to be replaced due to the stain being set and unable to be removed. If a full carpet/upholstery cleaning is needed, that will be a separate job to be added later.

Hair: A considerable amount of pet hair is found that requires abnormal attention to remove, OR pet hair is present when the home was not supposed to have a pet present during the previous reservation.

Mold

Mold on walls, vents, carpets, and/or furniture, inside cabinets. These types of mold issues will not be able to be easily wiped away like on washable surfaces such as tile.

Drug Paraphernalia

Bongs/pipes, used needles/syringes, burnt spoons, etc. that are not bagged.

Medical Paraphernalia

Used needles/syringes, oxygen tanks, used lancets, etc.

Excessive Trash/Mess/ Pet Hair

Several large boxes, lots of trash, dirty dishes on every surface, extensive grime, dirt, and clutter are qualifying issues. A mess that requires an extensive amount of additional effort to clean. Some example photos are below.
