After the bathroom has been properly cleaned, you can start organizing the items and finish staging.

Toilet Base

No hair, dust, or other particles on the base of the toilet. The floor around the toilet is swept and mopped. There are no cracks in the toilet.

Toilet Bowl

The toilet bowl has been scrubbed with a toilet cleaning solution and a toilet brush. There are no stains, watermarks, mold, or residue left on the toilet. Under the rim has no black marks or streaks and the toilet water is clear.

Toilet Seat

The rim of the toilet, under the seat, and the seat itself are wiped down with a disinfectant wipe or disinfectant spray and a rag. There are no stains, hair, or dust on the seat and it is tightly fastened to the toilet base.

A Ready for Move-in Toilet

The lid of the toilet is shut with no stains, hair, or dust. The water basin of the toilet is functioning and is hair and dust-free.

Clean toilet and area around the toilet - Clean the toilet bowl so there are no stains or water lines. Wipe the top and bottom of the toilet seat, toilet lid, and base of the toilet. Sweep and mop the floor around the toilet to remove all hair and stains.

Clean bathroom sink, faucet, & drain - Wipe down the sink and ensure there are no stains, hair, or dust. Wipe down the faucet and sink drain to remove any water spots or stains.

Clean mirrors and glass - Wipe down the bathroom mirror and any glass in the home with glass mirror so there are no streaks.

Vacuum drawers and cabinets - Vacuum and wipe out all hair and debris from the drawers and cabinets.

Fold and hang towels - Fold and hang the bathroom linens in the bathroom where directed by your app.
