Getting around the app
The tabs along the bottom of the app take you to everything you need.
Available Jobs, on the far left, shows new jobs you can claim.
Claimed Jobs shows the jobs you have already claimed.
Earnings shows your completed jobs and what you have earned.
Profile is where you update your account information.
Above the Profile tab there is a chat bubble. Tap it to open Host Chat and start a conversation with Landing.
You can also open the Landing Help Center from the app for articles and answers to common questions.
If you need help with a job you are working on, or have a general question, start a chat with Landing through the app.
How to claim a job
Go to the Available Jobs page.
Check the job title, property name, payout, start date, and start time.
Tap the job to preview the home and the tasks it involves.
Tap Claim Job at the bottom.
After you start a job
Read the access instructions first. This is the most important part of the job, because you cannot do anything else until you are inside.
Check the access information for the home itself and for any property amenities you need.
Walk the property to get your bearings before you start work.
Use the task list in the job as your checklist.
Work through each task to complete the job.
Upload your photos directly in the app as you go, to document what you have done.
