All reimbursements for purchases made on the job should be approved by HQ before the purchase is made. Because PEX purchases are preferred over reimbursements, we will no longer be approving reimbursements for hosts who have PEX cards linked to their accounts.
If you need a new PEX card for any reason, please reach out to HQ asap by starting a chat. We'll be happy to request a new one be mailed to you!
