Q: Why is Landing hiring cleaning companies?
A: Our goal has always been for our members to enter every home they live in knowing that a professional cleaner has a fully deep cleaned and sanitized behind the previous member. While the majority of our cleaning hosts have contributed to this goal, we’ve seen a need for cleaners who have the right tools to take care of some issues in the home that hosts are not equipped to handle.
We know that hosts don't like renting carpet cleaners and ozone machines and that their time is better served doing things like checking in our members and ensuring our homes are 100% ready. Hiring cleaning companies will allow our hosts to shift their focus back to those things!
Q: Is Landing doing away with hosts?
A: Landing is not doing away with hosts! In addition to the cleaning jobs that cleaning companies will not be doing, we will still have other jobs for hosts to do.

A: If you meet the following requirements, we would be thrilled to have you!
Here's what you need:
At least a 4.7 cleaning rating
A carpet cleaning tool
An ozone machine
Off-site laundry capabilities
A team of 4+ people who are highly skilled in cleaning and owning a project
