Can I get notifications about my reviews?
Yes! All our business subscribers (no matter which Plan) can get email notifications about their review activity, and our Premium subscribers also get access to SMS notifications.
You can manage your notification settings from Portal. Once signed in, select your account (in the top right), and select “Notifications.” Here, you can set up your notification preferences.
How do I set up my email notifications?
To set up your review notifications in Portal, sign into your account on Portal, go to your account menu by selecting your name in the top right hand corner, and select “Notifications.” This will take you to your notifications setting page.
No matter which Plan you’re on, you’re able to be notified via email. You can choose between the following email notification settings:
All review activity: sends out email notifications about new reviews, new customer replies on reviews, reported reviews and deleted reviews
New review notifications only
I don’t want to get notifications
If you’re on our Premium Plan, you’ll also be able to choose whether or not you want to receive notifications from all reviews, or from reviews with specific star ratings. For example, you could choose to only receive notifications about 1 or 2 star reviews.
By default, you’ll receive notifications about all star ratings, but you can change this at any time by selecting, and deselecting, the star ratings you want to be notified about.
How do I setup my SMS notifications?
If you’re on our Premium Plan, you get access to SMS notifications and can get notifications about new reviews straight to your mobile phone.
To set this up, sign into your account on Portal, go to your account menu by selecting your name in the top right hand corner, and select “Notifications.” If we don’t have a mobile number linked to your profile, you’ll be able to add one from the SMS Notifications section. Simply select “Add one now”, enter your mobile number in the space provided, and you’ll be all set to receive SMS notifications.
Can someone who is not a user on Hellopeter be notified about reviews?
If you’re on our Premium Plan, you’re able to add up to eight and fifteen additional email addresses (respectively) to receive notifications about your business’s reviews on Hellopeter.
If you’re on a free Plan you’ll only be able to have one user, and a Growth Plan gets two.
These contacts will receive notifications for all review star ratings and all review activity.
