Your reviews are a valuable marketing tool, and allowing your consumers to read about other people’s experience is a great way to build trust and credibility online. Our Hellopeter widgets allow you to display your top Hellopeter reviews on your website. We have a number of fully customisable review widgets to choose from, and once you’ve decided which widget you want to use, you can copy the HTML code snippet shown below the widget. This snippet needs to be pasted into your own website’s HTML code for the review widget to be displayed.

Industry ranking - This shows how you rank against other businesses in your industry on Hellopeter. This ranking is based on your TrustIndex. The higher your TrustIndex is relative to your competitors, the better your industry ranking is.
Average review rating - This is the average of your review star ratings (calculated by looking at all your reviews)
Net Promoter Score (NPS) - Your NPS shows how likely your customers are to refer your business to a friend or colleague. Click here for more information on your Net Promoter Score.
How do I display my Hellopeter business metrics on my website?
Your Hellopeter metrics are based on your reviews, and are a great way for you to display your credibility to new or potential consumers. To help you take advantage of your metrics, we’ve created Hellopeter metric widgets that will allow you to display these metrics on your own business website.
You can find these under the Widget Library menu item in Portal, by selecting the widgets that display your Hellopeter metrics. You can display as many widgets as you like on your website.
