The Onsite Write A Review Button or text link Widget can be displayed on any page of your site. Clicking the Write A Review Button or text link will open a review collection form in the centre of the screen which allows you to collect reviews directly from your site.

Important!

To verify the review is written by a genuine customer, your customer will be sent a one-time pin via SMS when submitting their review.

The On-site Write A Review Button can be displayed as a button or a text link. When you land on this widget you’ll be able to select which option you prefer.

If you've selected the Review Button, you’ll be able to customise the following:

The Widget Dimensions allows you to select the size of the button that you’d like the desktop button to be. The mobile button size is set to 130 pixels x 35 pixels.

You can customise the display of your Review Button by specifying the following:

The preview panel dynamically reflects the changes you make to the Review Button.

Important!

When clicking on the Review Button, you'll be able to view the Write A Review form that will be displayed on your website. Note - You are unable to customise the Write A Review Modal.

The HTML code dynamically changes based on your customisation selections. Once you're satisfied with how the look and feel of the On-site Write A Review Button, click the “Copy Code” button and insert this code onto your website.
