Overview

Hellopeter’s Facebook integration lets you pull all your Facebook reviews from your business’s page into your Hellopeter portal. Now you can get an overview of reviews coming in at a glance and quickly and efficiently manage all your reviews—right from your Hellopeter Business portal. No more multiple tabs open, missing reviews, or forgetting which ones you replied to!

By simply adding your Facebook page as a channel on the Hellopeter Business portal, all your old and new Facebook reviews will automatically sync. Now you can respond to all your business reviews —in one place.

How it Works

It’s super easy to connect your Facebook business page to your Hellopeter Business Portal.

1. Ensure that you’re logged into your Facebook account linked to your business page

2. Log into your Hellopeter Business portal at biz.hellopeter.com.

3. Navigate to ‘Respond to reviews’ on your left-hand side.

4. Next, you’ll see an option to add channels on the right.

5. Click on ‘add channel’.

6. A pop-up screen will appear, asking you which channel you’d like to connect. Click on ‘connect’ under Facebook.

7. This will redirect you to Facebook. Click: 'continue as [your Facebook account name]'.

8. Next it will ask you which one of your Facebook Business Pages you’d like to connect. Select the right one and click ‘next’.

9. Important: It will now ask you to accept all the permissions we need access to in order for you to sync your Facebook reviews with your Hellopeter Business Account. It's very important that you select ALL of them and click ‘done’. If you don't give us all these permissions, your Facebook page won't be synced with Hellopeter successfully.

10. Once you have accepted ALL permissions, a notice should pop up confirming that your account has now been linked with www.hellopeter.com. Click ‘OK’.

11. You’ll get redirected to biz.hellopeter.com, where you’ll now see your Facebook reviews pulled in.

12. Now you can also filter for Facebook on the right where you added the channel.

13. If you want to reply to a specific review, just click on ‘reply’, type your message and click ‘reply now’.

15. On your widget library, you can now also showcase your Facebook reviews. Simply go to ‘Widget Library’ on the left, where you can take your pick of which widget you prefer.

16. And there you have it, enjoy easily managing both your Facebook and Hellopeter reviews in one central place!

Q: How will the star rating be displayed given that Facebook reviews do not allow for star ratings?

A: Your customers will say 'yes' or 'no' to whether they will recommend you to others. We will use this answer to give their review a relevant star rating. For example, when they say 'no', that review will be a 1-star review. If they say 'yes', it will be a 5-star review.

Q: Will I have to use my user credits to view and respond to my Facebook reviews on Hellopeter?

No, reading and responding to Facebook reviews on Hellopeter is free and will not use any of your user credits.
