Overview
With our Hellopeter WhatsApp Chatbot, you can easily ask customers to review your business. Every Hellopeter-registered business account gets access to its own unique WhatsApp link.
You can then share this link with your customers, which will open a chat on their WhatsApp app where they can review you as easily and quickly as messaging friends and family. There's no need for them to even log into their Hellopeter account!
This means that your customers can review you on the spot before they forget and while the experience is still top of mind. They're also more likely to complete the review process because it's so quick and requires minimal effort!
How it Works
You can quickly and easily find your unique WhatsApp link on the Hellopeter portal. Once you’ve copied it, you can digitally share it so that customers simply click, type, and submit!
Just follow the easy steps below, and you can collect reviews in seconds in no time!
Log into your Hellopeter Business portal at biz.hellopeter.com.
Once you’re logged in, navigate to ‘Collect Reviews’ on the left-hand side of the screen.
A menu with options will pop up.
Select ‘WhatsApp Share Link’, which you will find third from the top under the ‘Manual Review Invites’ category.
Once you’ve clicked on this, you’ll see the WhatsApp logo, with a blue button that says: COPY LINK. Click on the button.
A green pop-up will appear that says: ‘You’ve successfully copied <your unique link>’.
This link is now copied to your clipboard, which means that you can paste it anywhere to share with your customers.
You can test it by pasting it into a new tab, and it will ask you to open WhatsApp and continue to chat.
Once WhatsApp has opened, you will see a chat with Hellopeter open in the app. From here, you simply have to follow the prompts.
Share this link with your customers, from emailing it to embedding it on your WhatsApp or social media channels.
