Understanding Your 3-Month Renewal Plan

Your Initial Plan Setup

When you started, you completed an intake form and selected your preferred approach to dosage adjustments (increase, maintain, or decrease). Your healthcare provider reviewed this information and, if approved, prescribed your initial 3-month supply.

This 3-month supply comes with a 90-day beyond-use date, ensuring you have enough medication for three full months.

Your Renewal Process

Per provider policy, your renewal is scheduled 10 weeks after your most recent longevity plan is processed. Here's what to expect:

  • Automatic Processing – On your renewal date, your new longevity plan will be automatically processed.

  • Follow-Up Intake Form – You'll be prompted to complete a follow-up intake form where you can indicate if you'd like to increase, maintain, or decrease your dose for the upcoming months.

  • Provider Review – Your provider will review your updated information and, if clinically appropriate, will prescribe your next 3-month supply based on your clinical needs.
