Check Your Credentials
Make sure you’re entering the exact email address and phone number you used when signing up.
Double-check for typos, extra spaces, or capitalization differences.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it.
Try a Different Browser
Some browsers may experience minor conflicts.
Switch to a supported browser like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari and try logging in again.
Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies
Cached data can sometimes prevent successful login.
For Chrome:
Click the three dots in the top-right corner → Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.
Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, then click Clear data.
For Firefox:
Menu → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.
For Edge:
Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data → Choose Cookies and cache → Clear now.
For Safari (Mac):
Safari → Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All.
Start a Fresh Session
Close your browser completely and reopen it.
Navigate to the login page and try again.
Check for Updates
Make sure your browser is up to date. Older versions can sometimes cause login issues.
Disable Browser Extensions (if needed)
Some extensions, especially ad blockers, can interfere with logins.
Try temporarily disabling them and attempt to log in again.
