Troubleshooting Login Issues

Can’t Access Your Account? Let’s Get You Back In.

  1. Check Your Credentials

    • Make sure you’re entering the exact email address and phone number you used when signing up.

    • Double-check for typos, extra spaces, or capitalization differences.

    • If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it.

  2. Try a Different Browser

    • Some browsers may experience minor conflicts.

    • Switch to a supported browser like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari and try logging in again.

  3. Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies

  5. Check for Updates

    • Make sure your browser is up to date. Older versions can sometimes cause login issues.

  6. Disable Browser Extensions (if needed)

    • Some extensions, especially ad blockers, can interfere with logins.

    • Try temporarily disabling them and attempt to log in again.

  7. Contact Support
