This training is designed to help you get up and running quickly with efficiently.

If you’re new to efficiently, whether you’re using Design Lite or Design Pro, this is the right place to start.

How this training is structured

The course is organized into progressive levels:

  • Level 1: The Basics
    Create your first project, build your first book, and share a client-ready presentation.

  • Level 2: Working Smarter
    Learn time-saving best practices for editing on the canvas and managing your catalog.

  • Admin Basics
    Set up offices, users, and organization-wide defaults.

How to navigate the course

  • Complete lessons in order, or jump to any topic using the menu

  • Each lesson may include text, video, audio, and interactive demos
